remember jc days slumped in our favourite seats of the LT for consecutive lectures feeling cold and restless.?
today was just as cold, but time sure flew. it dint felt like i've sat in the same seat from 8.30-12pm, though it was really about time to leave. (cos physics talks were up next.!) haha.
no, i've nothing against physics- it rained the whole morning, super cold.! hee.
the opening talks were, nice. motivating, yayy. i know i'll enjoy my NIEdays, though further subjective discretion shall be due ey.? haha. it's onlyyy your first day, muni. though i look forward to our convocation ceremony, (in 4yrs time.! kan Fatin.? haha.!) i cant wait for lessons to start- the modules are veryyy interesting.!

my only concern now would be the AS we had to pick today. i only know i'l be majoring in bio/chem, and either way that shall perhaps be the most (and only) intimidating thing about my course considering the trauma i've had in IJdays. haha.! horrifying, really.
but my love for biology shall prevail.! yeah, haha.
on a non-academic ground. i've found a new favourite stg at NIE, it links nie and ntu (ultimately linking our science block to my Macs sundaes, hehe.!)- the LOVE BRIDGE.! hahahaa.

i've to warn you abt the flights of stairs though- i was breathless, imagine.!

the whole of NIE itself is dominated by stairs. its like civilisation on our IJ's telletubies hill, haha.! the sci block only has up to level 2 btw. (and all the way down to basement 4.!)
spent 3hours waiting for a 30min talk today, so Fatin and myself decided to roam around and get acquainted with NIE buildings (and security guard.!) after lunch at Macs. among the many friendly coursemates, met Mardhiah.! was comforted talking to her after so longgg,

the journey home was, long. is that sufficient description.? okay, add- the bus was sardine-pack.
(and after my daddy reads this, he will pick me up after school every single day, yay.! hahahahaa.)
honestly, wasnt that bad. only an hour or so of journey. but i guess this opinion can only stand cos, it's your firsttt day, muni.! haha.
ouwh, did i mention.? daddy, mummy and monyetharun sent me to ntu this morning.! drove there after dumping (haha) abgDir at MI (that's like 3/4 of the journey.?).

and well, im pampered like that.! hee.
i've mixed feelings abt GESL teambonding activities on fri, and FOC next mon-weds. only cos i'm lazy to get all physical and wet and sweaty, haha.! yes, idiotic since i was all athletic in IJdays.
ouwh. i have stopped pondering abt what-ifs of joining ntu's fb team, personal reasons from 2years back. sorry to my IJfb girls for being sucha lousy capt quitting floorball now.
(though yall labelling me a wasted talent was depressing, haha.!) im proud that a part of those so-called talents have been shared with you gorgeous ijfloorballers'07. now all of you are talented floorballers too.! haha.
i can definitely assure yall that my love for the sport, the team, and all you girls shall never ever ever die.! =)))
(and i will badly miss all these, two years was terribly short pleaseee. uhhuh. but stop- they're endless gorgeous memories worth a lifetime yeah.?)
so besides friday, im done this week.! tmr is off paid day, haha. excited for lessons to start proper on 4th aug.! (our semester breaks and recess are very reasonable, guess that's reassuring. hee.)
right now, im really really really pleased with this path laid for me.
i cant stop thanking God for so many many reasons- makes me a happy girl.!
you dont have to wait for big reasons to tell yourself life is not unfair or life is not hard or life is worth living. go collate all your many many tiny little reasons to justify thanking God, (or if you dont belief in any) to simply appreciate life.!
and life can be pretty if you want it to be, so make it be.!
my today was simply elucidating, motivating, promising, and all optimistic whatnots.
